The Luxury Apartments of Santa Maria 24 are in an ancient palace from the early 1900s, in the heart of the historic centre of Monopoli, romantic and wonderful overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The structure offers different accommodations, studios, one-bedroom flats with a view of the historic centre and luxurious flats with a sea view, between the second and third floors of the building.

The reception desk is located next to the historical Santa Maria 24 building and to our N24 Bar à Vin, where the breakfast buffet is served every morning. Our Bar à Vin is open daily from 6pm, closing on Tuesdays, for aperitifs and dinners based on traditional dishes, classic drinks or those inspired by our territory, and an extensive local and international wine list.
